Going to rebuild transmission-anything else to look out for?

Well after 2 years of hard shifting and slipping, the transmission is finally completely shot. Only trans-tune is keeping the thing functioning when the transmission gets hot. Going to be rebuilding it all (did all the pressure control solenoids last year to no help), so don't have to redo those. Through the years on this board I know to also replace the overdrive gear while we're in there, and all the solenoids are done. Transmission guy is also going to look at transmission mounts.
Anything else we should be looking out for when redoing one of these transmissions? I have a 2000 SE (with the ultra rare and deluxe front cloth bench seat...whole reason I've kept this car!)

While he's in there he might as well replace the solenoids again, they're like $60. Cheap insurance.
Get the 4th Hub replaced, have the differential inspected, and make sure all other updates are put in that are called for. Oh, and replace the torque converter, he should be planning on it, it's a normal part of a rebuild.
I wouldn't say cloth front bench is ultra-rare, I've seen a number of Bonnes with them. A Leather bench would be rare...

i would recommend Raybestos Clutch packs. also like mentioned make sure if there are any updated Sprags or anything that thoes get the updated versions. I got a hardend reaction shell when i rebuilt my 4T60-e (it is what failed on mine after alot of abuse). and obviously make sure normal things like the chain get replaced.. if you have a few mods and drive hard may want to upgrade the chain (7/8" IIRC) avalible at many 3800 vendors.

I'm guessing it's pretty stock, seeing as it's an L36 SE...
