I am thinking of selling my 1997 SSEI but would like to replace the carpet in her first.
Any sources for close to OEM carpet ?
Thank You,
Replacement Carpet
Re: Replacement Carpet
Whats wrong with the current carpet?
I mean we're talking about an almost 14yr old car. If your that worried about it you can always pull it out and scrub it clean. You might be surprised just how clean it actually will turn out.

Re: Replacement Carpet
Unless it is physically damaged, most of the time you can clean to like new condition. Pull it out and take it to a self service car wash, spray on your cleaner of choice and hit it with a pressure wash.

This place has carpet for just about every car. Its something I looked into also. The car used to be used for family trips years ago so between kids destroying it back then and now the old age I've been considering replacing it as well. For $100+ I'm leaning towards skipping the work of trying to clean the old carpet and just throwing in new carpet.

Cleaning is more fun lol
Your gonna have to pull the interior either way.
Looks like a good company and product though

Re: Replacement Carpet
JC Whitney sells more budget-minded carpet kits. I'll move your topic to the proper section since this isn't a mechanical problem.

Re: Replacement Carpet
Years of kids in back seat- Carpet is shredded even with mats down. Who knows all I really need to do is have drivers seat leather fixed and carpet, door seals and she is ready to roll again.
