My 2000 Bonneville Climate Control Won't Work

This is what it does. no buttons work, they light up but cant change the fan, temp, defrost, anything.. Anybody Know whats wrong?

thats pretty much what happens to my car as well. did you happen to install a new deck? thats where my problems started. if you find anything out please let me know!

You need an ACDELCO OE SERVICE 15-72801 ECU Programmer
