2000 ssei bose sound system

I have been trying to figure out the size of the radio, Is it a double din or a din and 1/2? I've searched crutchfield and they dont say what size it is.. Thanks.

Pretty sure its a din and a half, some guys have stuffed larger radios they had to trim the inside of the dash to get it to fit

100% double din. the back of the dash needs trimmed if the new radio is deeper and the Lock-n-dock harness needs to be moved to connect to the aftermarket harness. I had to trim the back pass side corner of my dash to stuff all the cables back in so the deck would slide in all the way. if you look in the audio section it will tell you everything you need to install.. i used all Metra products. works well with my Kenwood DD HU.

The trimming isn't to fit the size of it, but to accommodate the wiring needed.
