Hello everyone! I just discovered this forum and it seems like the place to be. I just picked up a 2004 Bonneville GXP. It's black, fully loaded (exept for the 12 disk cd changer), with only 41k miles on it. I'm 34 and I grew up loving these cars has my father owned about 4 of them, most of them being the SSEi models from differant years. I never dreams of finding one in this condition, but luckly for me the local Carmax had one show up on their lot. Win! Now I'm driving through Houston turning heads left and right. People ask me it's a brand new car because they've never seen one before. I plan on keeping it completely stock and hope that helps it's value years down the road.

Welcome! The GXP is good looking and quick enough to leave stock and still be happy with.

Welcome!!!
I'm glad you decided to leave it stock, since there isn't much to do anyways, LOL.
Its value is still gonna drop like a rock, pretty much like any newer car, lol.

My dad's car could go back to dead nuts stock with a set of AC Delco filters.

Not mine...it couldn't go back to stock without some money spent...

Welcome to the club! Good luck leaving it stock. Sure you can't do much to a GXP performance wise, but wait till you get into appearance mods. Tint, bulbs. The mod bug bites HARD.

Plus there are rumors of custom intakes and SOME tuning capabilities for the LD9 now...
Yeah...Like I said, this was going to be simply a DD for me...turned out to be

Welcome! More pics, PLEASE! I think I can say we all like looking at good looking Bonnevilles. Maybe I'll see you cruising the Interstate. There are several of us in the Houston Metro Area. - BC
