my brothers 93 skylark has not been ideling right i drove it had hetold me it idels low and when he puts it in n it idels even worse than in drive help me please the car has 207,000 miles

First thing I would do is look for vacuum hoses that are disconnected or falling apart and listen for hissing. Vacuum leaks can cause bad idle. You could also spray around gaskets and vacuum lines with TB cleaner. If the idle changes when you spray a specific spot, there's a leak there.

I would also clean the MAF. Using q-tips dipped in rubbing alcohol, gently run the tip across the sensor filaments.
