water on rear floor after rain

Hey guys I'm new to the forum,just bought an 04 Bonneville GXP dark ming blue 81000 mi great car fun to drive.The problem I just found out about is that after it rains I get a big puddle of water on the rear passenger side,it looks like it comes out from under the front passenger seat 
I'm thinking that it is coming from the door maybe 
.The head liner is dry the passenger seat is dry so I'm at a loss as to where it's coming from,any idea's would be a great help thanks.
