This is what harofreak00 told me for my 04 SE.

There are 4 clips on the back of the upper seat back than you can release with a long flat blade screwdriver, Just push down on them and they will pop out. Then use an 18mm socket to remove the bolts at the bottom. Remove seat section.

Use a pry tool to release the 2 push in retainers that hold the rear shelf in.

Remove the rear C-pillars.

Now you should be able to lift the rear shelf, and pull it out. There will be some foam that will be holding it in on the backside. Do your best not to destroy it, but it has to be torn to come out, poor design.

To remove the speakers, use a 7mm socket. The speakers are also glued in, so you will need to pry them out of their hole.

It's possible that they are. Mine were not glued down at all and if they were the glue wore off but there was no evidence of any glue.

He is pretty spot on about steps for removing it. I don't remember any type of glue holding my speakers in only some screws, but I might of just pulled them out without noticing
