Transmission Woes?

So, today while driving, I accelerated and it barely shifted out of first gear, anyways, i made a video and put it on youtube, of my acceleration, so you can see for your self. It seems to rev really high, then start slipping, and clunk into second.

So far, I checked fluids, a little bit low, i topped it up with Lucas Transmission fix. So far, a slight improvement, but nowhere it should be.

Also, if it matters, the transmission was in "Normal" mode.
