aftermarket stereo

i have a 93 ssei and want to put in new stereo but not sure how to do this on this car because it has a built in amp ive done many stereo installs but never like this,what kind of gm harness of any other parts do i need im new with this car need info please

You don't need any special harness at all. The amp will work fine with any typical harness for your car.
The problem you will have with a 92 or 93 is that your Electronic Climate Control display brightness is controlled by the stock stereo head unit, and when you go aftermarket, it will go full bright at all times.

Page 2 and 3 are the meat of the matter. In your case, if you keep the stock REAR speakers, keep the factory amp.
