I need a white lens cap for the tail lights on trunk lid. I take a black one if I had to.
Any Ideas?

I'm considering buying a sheet of glossy vinyl that matches the car's color to cover the tail light on most of the trunk.
The possibilities are endless. I'm considering getting radical with the angle where it meets the lights at either end. Who's good with photoshop?
What do you think?

Do you mean the reflector?? there is no light, and if you cover a light, that is illegal, unless your state allows changing from 3 taillights to two.
