Andrew can have it apart and replace the bulbs in 20 minutes, so it's however long it takes to get to him and get back. 3 days probably.

If you buy another stereo, you'll need to have it programmed at the dealer. That can end up costing just as much as the replacement. Hence the reason we replace bulbs, because it doesn't require a reprogramming.

...is there a link for how to do the Delco radio in a '97 (CD/EQ unit)?? I threw my Alpine head unit in, and I like it a lot, but those Delco units are actually pretty good...I would have left it in probably but the display was out. If the bulb fix is easy, I'll just do it...

Andrew -do you have a radio for him? The Tech 2 is down here in Sauk and my brother has a bench station to plug the radio into for programming VIN's in prior to shipping to the new owners.
