I got the wife's car fixed yesterday for $2.49. That's what the service department charged me. Maybe that covered the part? But certainly not the technician's time.

What was it?

I think it is something stupid, under the car, and that would set a check engine light. Something like a vacuum hose going to the evap canister, loose/busted hose clamp.
