Saturday Sept. 11 is the day for the MN meet.

It will be held at the Munsinger Gardens lower lot in St. Cloud. This location proved to be a great backdrop for pics. The lot is on the south side of the dam and will provide a good chance for fishing the Mississippi river, if you wanted to bring you gear. There will be door prizes, if you have some unwanted car related items feel free to bring them and get rid of them.

Hopefully there will be a good turn out and a couple from MNclubgp have said they'll show up.

To get to Munsinger Gardens:

From US Highway 10, take State Highway 301 (also known as Minnesota Boulevard) west to Kilian Boulevard SE, then head north. Clemens gardens will be on your left.

From State Highway 23 (also known as Division Street), turn south on Wilson Avenue to Riverside Drive and follow the River south to the Gardens. Munsinger Gardens will be on your right, with Clemens Gardens to your left.

From I-94, take exit 171 and head north on County Road 75. Turn right on Washington-Memorial Drive, turn right again onto 10th Street South, heading east. Cross the Mississippi River, then turn left at the first stop lights past the bridge onto Kilian Boulevard SE. Clemens Gardens will be on your left.

From MN-15, take exit to I-94 towards Minneapolis and then follow I-94 to exit 171 and head north on County Road 75. Turn right on Washington-Memorial Drive, turn right again onto 10th Street South, heading east. Cross the Mississippi River, then turn left at the first stop lights past the bridge onto Kilian Boulevard SE. Clemens Gardens will be on your left. Turn at your first left and the munsinger gardens are right there


We will be in the lower lot. Drive through the gardens and go under the University St Bridge, most of us will be driving over this bridge to get to Killian Blvd, past the greenhouse and we will be in that lot

I'm 98% there, barring the Johnnie/Tommie game that day.

I'm hoping to have 2 or all 3 of my L67 cars there pending I have drivers and the 97 SSEi is ready (LIM gaskets, finish wiring install from the engine installation, new trunklid and rear bumper cover, detail, PDR and tires).

You haven't even been there long enough to have gotten that involved in the bloody rivalry.

I should be able to attend this one. I can bring with any parts from my '95 that anyone needs as well (shipping free of course).

Gordy - I will bring $$ for those tan seats if they are lumbar with good skins and if they are 96-99. I totally forget what these were from as I don't recall them.
I will take the graphite seats if they are good and I can bring the 3.5" MPS setup and install if wanted.

If i can make it i will be in my 98, the trans on the 01 i gone for good this time. But i just ordered a new one from Triple Edge Performance.

Looking at the football schedule, that week is an away game. I'll be there!

Marty: My sister just graduated from St. Ben's. I've been exposed to that rivalry for 4 years, LOL.

I'm 50/50 at this point.

Just bumping this for anyone who would be interested in attending, but haven't seen this yet.

Stay overnight Saturday night and drive 25 miles north on HWY 10 for the big car show at the Little Falls Airport Sunday, which is the last big car show of the year in central Minnesota -I aim to put the GTP and hopefully my 99 SSEi in there (given I get seats in it between the Saturday's GMGT and Sunday's show).

Last year people started rolling in around about Noon-ish and we hung out until about 6, when we finally got Reuben's car running, lol.

I was there later than a few people, but I was there before noon -IIRC weren't Rueben, Ed, Dan, the local guy with the black GTP from the parts store, all there @ ~ 10 am?

This year it would be nice to get there a little earlier so those who can only come in the a.m. can attend and for those having to leave early get a chance to talk to more people and have a fuller day at the event before they have to leave vs just blowing through.
I know I and a couple MNClubGP members are planning on being there around 9-9:30 to get started.

I remember there were a few of us there at like 10, then Reuben left and Dan and I were doing some detailing, then you and Randy showed up, then we went to BK, and THEN everyone started rolling in. Sorry for the run-on sentence, lol.

I'll prob. be there around 9:30-10, depending on what time I get to bed Friday night, lol.

I'll probably roll in between 9 and 10. I won't have to leave like last year.

It'd be awesome to go, but I have drill this weekend :(
