EGR and P0171 P0300

I now not only have a lean code but now have a random misfire code. Sprayed MAF cleaner on all the vac lines and when it hit the EGR the engine bogged ever so slightly. I put my ear next to it and it hisses a little. When driving with the windows down at highway speeds there is always a smell of race fuel getting in the cab. Could a bad EGR cause all this crap? Fairly typical failure with the S2 L67?

Yes. Is it leaking from the gasket, or the stovepipe? This is very likely at least a major contributor to your lean condition and possibly the misfires as well.

Finally something simple. lol Should I replace just whats leaking or replace the whole thing, valve, gaskets, piping and sensor.

Replace what's leaking. And, what's reasonably contributing to the leak. No sense in spending money you don't have to.

Its real hard to tell where exactly its coming from. Sprayed it again yesterday to try and pinpoint but it wouldn't bog this time. LTFT is still pegged at 16.4 at idle and it takes over 2500 rpm to drop it. Under WOT the STFT is 0 and the LTFT drops to about 7.1 or so. I unplugged the EGR sensor at idle and the LTFT shot up to 19.5 so I plugged it back in right away. Then I unplugged the MAF sensor and the LTFT dropped immediately. At idle it dropped consistently until -25.5. Drove it to the post office and it had much more power. LTFT went up to -4.2 under WOT and -7 under normal acceleration. Idle was poor and it hesitated accelerating from a stop but had tons of power compared to normal.
Edit: it is coming from under the TB. Sprayed under the TB towards the LIM and the engine bogged bad. Checked that stovepipe and it was in good shape.
