My sunroof is leaking now when I went thru car wash.Water is coming thru headliner and ceiling console for garage door opener, how is the sunroof supposed to be seated as my adjustment screws were loose and I just tightened them with sunroof all way down.Should the sunroof be up a bit.

Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment
Cycle the sunroof window from the full open to closed position.


Loosen the 4 adjusting screws (1).
There are 2 adjusting screws on each side of the sunroof window
Center the window front to rear in the opening.


Adjust the front of the sunroof window (2) from flush to 1 mm (0.04 in) (1) below the top surface of the roof panel (3). Tighten
Tighten the front sunroof window adjustment screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).


Adjust the rear of the sunroof window (2) from flush to 1 mm (0.04 in) (1) above the top surface of the roof panel (3). Tighten
Tighten the rear sunroof window adjustment screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

Cycle the sunroof window through all of the positions.
Verify the sunroof window fore/aft adjustments.
Verify the front and rear height adjustment.
Readjust the sunroof window, if necessary.

After adjusting, be sure that your drains are not plugged.

Thanks ARchon drains are ok , Ive had them all fixed over time.

thanks i just go my 03 delivered today and it apears the sun roof is low in the back when fully closed. i will give this adjustment a try.

i adjusted it and the dealer adjusted it and after a few days it falls back down and can be shacken if pressed on from the inside. they do not leak though. am wondering if the screws or the mount holes are stripped?
