I already own my alternative!

I had actually looked at a 98 Bonneville SE before I bought my LeSabre. I liked it but it had cloth and was fairly basic...had a lot of convenience and appearance options though, but they were asking way too much...then I found my loaded French sword for a much better price and jumped on it.

I thought I would enjoy the alternative more than what I do - the 00 GTP. Not overly impressed with it.

If I had to do it all over again, I would go after an Impala LS with the L36. The GTP just isn't for me, but does the job for the time being.

yes u rule wjcollier07, the impala is so sexy, too bad they only made them in that body style for 3 years, and the only major change they did cosmetically was on the 94-95 they shifter was on the steering wheel, but for the 96 they changed it to the center shifter, and for the 96 they side view mirrors bent in, but thats about it, it was a great lookin car, it deff was a major sleeper, a sedan with a sports car engine, only in america lol

as for the $$$ car I would want a G8 or especially to restore a '69 SS El Camino (the one with the chevelle style front) in red with white racing stripes and lots of chrome.
