I have a 91 Bonne we bough from a salvage yard .It sat for 2 years. It will not shift into overdrive or lockup.what should I do.The oil
looks clean and at the proper level on dipstick. The engine will not warm up so need a new 195 t stat. :) :banana:

If the engine won't warm up it won't go into lockup. Get the operating temperature corrected first, then check the adjustment of your throttle valve cable. If all that checks out you may have a more serious issue.
Mods: Clear corners, gutted airbox, Alpine CDA-9886. Plans: 4x SensaTracs, high-flow, FM 80, 3.5 pulley, and for gods sake some good rubber.
