Two Milestones Simultaneously (almost)

Yesterday (10/6) the 2000’s tenth birthday.
It is sitting at 199,059 mi.
Looks like I missed hitting the 200k mark by about 2 1/2 weeks, but at least both milestones will be in the same month.
This site has been a big help in keeping it on the road. When I got the car, I thought the L67 was immune to LIM failure and didn’t have to worry - but with the warnings I was apprehensive and was able to catch it at the first sign.
Anyone else ever have concurrent milestones like this?

No, but that is quite a significant milestone(s) for you & your Bonneville. Congratz!

I hit 250K @ WCBF , leading the caravan, with a club member in the car.

My 89 hit 20 yrs old in April and only has 136,000 on it.

Hit the 200k mark today.
Ten days after its 10th birthday!

Thanks, this is significant to me mainly because I never thought the car would survive this long given the number of problems it had early on.
I owned my old 92SE longer and racked up more miles – but there were a whole lot fewer problems.
Not complaining though since it’s more a labor of love kind of thing I guess.

Our 13 year old SSE is sitting at 232,000. I wonder if it will make 300?
