Fuel sender for '99?

Anybody got the Spectra and/or Delco part number? How about a recommendation on where to buy it?
Guess I'm gonna be dropping the tank. It's been wonky when full for 80K but is now completely bonkers.
Or, come to think of it, anybody got a good used unit?

I have been using the Spectra for 2 years now with now problems.

I've been using the Spectra for about a year with no problems...
It does rest on E when the tank still has 4 gallons left. Probably better since my car doesn't have a low-fuel light, and I'd have no clue how much remained without additional instrumentation.

Spectra it is for me, then. The car is 10 years old and has 190K. I'm not blowing three bills plus on the Delco part.
