Priming an Engine

The L27 is in the engine bay ready to fire up. I think I read somewhere (And I can't find it now) how to prime the motor.

I just need to disable the fuel and ignitions systems and then turn the key correct and let it crank until I see the oil pressure come up correct? To prevent ignition I assume I can just disconnect the coil pack. But what needs to be disconnected to disable the fuel system?

I forget if the injectors have their own fuse, but you can just unplug all the injectors.

You can pull the fuel pump fuse/relay.
