Does anyone know where I can find a 2-core radiator? I was looking and seems there is enough space and 2 is better than 1.

You have to go to a radiator shop and have one built, they don't make a two row core for our car.
That is what I'm am planning to do.

Why do you guys feel you need a 2 core radiator? I'm able to run my car with a 180* T-stat and keep the temps ~185* or so; even on a hot day.

Because I load the car up with 1350# of people and gear then drive in the mountains on roads with up to 26% grades and temperatures up to 114*. Some of the Hwy's get up to 10,000 ft and when you start out at 26 ft, that is a pretty good climb. Plus my car has 186k on it and the stock rad. might not flow as good as it use to. I never did like the stock rad. when I load up the car, on the flat its just fine(stop and go or 90 mph) but get it the hills and power up the road it gets hot both the water and the transmissiom(that is why I have an 24,000# transmissiom cooler). On my Chevy truck, I bought a 4 row rad. because when I towed my boat with the 3 row rad. it would get hot. That was a new truck and I replaced that rad. when it had only about 8,000 miles on it. I could go down to the auto store and get a 2,3 or 4 row rad. for my truck but for the SSEi I'm out of luck your stuck with what they offer(1 row rad.). Also the radiator shops out here don't make rad. any more, they just take it out of the box and slap it in your car. I have to go and check with a race shop about my radiator and see what it will cost.

LOL...I'm a midwest guy and don't have those problems. I understand now.

I only asked because even with having a trans cooler -> INTENSE IC heat exchanger -> stock radiator I'm not having any cooling issues.
