Thanks, I appreciate it. I'm starting to get excited with the upcoming mods and warm weather right around the corner.

I suggest painting those frame rails where the engine cradle mounts before it starts getting rusty. Looks like some sort already starting there!

Going to tackle it once the weather decides what it wants to do lol. Looking like 50-60's here for the next week.

Today I went to the JY unsupervised today (Usually go with my dad) and picked up a few nice items. Gen 5 w/ manifold, 2 center caps in better condition then my current ones, and some steering wheel controls since mine shot. I've been searching the yards for about 6 months with no luck so to get one today felt good.

Thanks, I was surprised that I came across two at the JY. Most have the newer style ones. Already had a few people wanting to buy my old ones lol.

Spent a few hours today cleaning/painting my Gen V. Used wrinkle black since that's all I had, came out pretty good I think.

Came home to a few packages on the front porch so I immediately got busy. Installed my throttle body adapter and my 3.5 pulley. All I need to do now is plug the coolant passages on the LIM and change the coupler/oil and I should be ready to install this.

Well had a big night tonight. Got my Gen V installed! The install went smooth and took me about 4 hours from start to finish taking breaks in between for a beer here and there. Will be installing my 104's and doing a oil change tomorrow morning. Then some quality time with HP Tuners.

Finally an update to give!

Got a set of cadillac rear brakes off a 03' DTS installed on my car today. Total cost with brackets, rotors, and pads was $66 after rebates. Sure beats the old ones for the price.

Spent today buffing and waxing my car. Used Meguiars Cut and Polish followed by next gen paste wax. Came out pretty good IMO.

Spent today pulling my headliner and sunroof visor to replace the harness above. The harness had some bare spots that were grounding out and blowing my interior lights fuse so I've been without interior lights till today! While the headliner is out I'm going to try and track down a new sunroof rail assemble since mine will no longer go up to the vent position. Also going to get the headliner, sunroof visor, and front visors redone.

Temporary setup for now.

Got my headliner and sunroof visor installed today. Wow, what a difference. Feels like a new car to me lol. Took it to a guy who had it done within a day and quality is great. Also go my driver side axle replaced and tires rotated. Been fighting a vibration issue for awhile now and I think it may have been the axle.
