Looks amazing! Good luck on tracking down that noise. I'm very OCD about stuff like that too so I feel your pain.

Sort of embarrassing.. my brake caliper bracket somehow got loose. Don't know how I swear out of the four bolts it takes to do brakes I would have remembered to tighten all of them but oh well... its gone now. Also big things are coming, long story short this linear is about to turn into an aero, inside and out.

So I did a few things... Bought an Aero front lip and Aero side skirts, all I'm missing is the Aero rear lip with dual exhaust cutouts. I also swapped out my front calipers from an 07 Aero and refinished them.

Moving on to the interior now I got a good deal on a new interior.
-Full Aero seat swap
-Aero steering wheel
-07+ silver accented vent knobs
-Aero silver door and shifter trim
The Aero seats feature full leather with tan inserts and extra bolstering.

Removing the seats is the perfect time for a carpet shampoo. Almost looks new!

I always wanted a little more from the Pioneer system in my car so I installed an amp and subwoofer setup. I will likely step down to a single 12 in a ported box as these two are too much bass for me but I'll enjoy being obnoxious for now!
Wires? What wires? ;)

And now some fall car porn shots

I forget to mention I have a 3 inch catless wrapped downpipe on the way in November. Followed by a res delete to dual mufflers. After that I'll do intake mods and in the spring is when the tune will happen.

Man.... this thing looks great. Always liked the Saab's but the questions about reliability kept me away from them. How is yours holding up?

Hey thanks man. In all honesty its not that bad. I got the car with almost 200k on it so of course it was due for some maintenance. Some of it necessary some of it preventative maintenance and some of it was necessary for the mods I was doing (suspension). I've done
Front side crank main seal
Thermostat
Valve covet gasket
Lowering springs
New shock absorbers
Sway bar bushings
Stabilizer links
Fuel sending unit (gas gauge not working very common problem)
Brakes
Blower motor
Serp. Belt
Alignment
Added up I guess it looks like a lot but that's been over the course of 20k miles and half of that work was past due from the PO.

You check on the strut bearings?

They were replaced when the car was lowered. It was a brake rattle, caliper bracket bolt head snapped off and the caliper bracket was rattling. Caught it before it caused any major damage.

It's been a while since I've updated this...

Few things I've done.
-19" Rotiform IND wheels
-MPS Stage 2 tune
-3" catless downpipe to 2.5" piping back to dual mufflers
-Wrapped Satin white with Raail Halo dip
-Aero rear valance with dual exhaust cutouts (finally no more fart cannon)
