You do better work than I do, so why did mine last 2+ years? or am I not as "pickie" as you are? - BC
Mine also only lasts about 8 to 9 months. Perhaps the difference in the weather?

Since this thread has been resurrected, I might as well post an update. I did my headlights in Nov 2013, and this past winter they started to haze up. I'll do this again this spring when it warms up sufficiently. So from Nov 2013 to Nov 2015, ~2 years. My car is garaged and we get a lot of high altitude sun in Utah.

Sooo, I decided to go with a kit... Because Im lazy. LoL... Used the MEGUIAR'S HEAVY DUTY kit. Worked *dang* good for an hours work considering how bad they were imo. Never restored a light before tjis. Was pretty easy & gratifying. :)

I used the meguires kit too. problem is it doesn't last unless you use the 'plastic cleaner' on them like in a month

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that UV radiation from the sun has more impact on hazing plastic than salt or cold weather.

Id assume so, but it would depend on climate. IE its cloudy here and looks like rain. While I'm going to assume AZ is bright & sunny.
