This car looks great!

If you need to use a Tech 2 I have one. I am a bit of a drive but may be worth it depending on how much it would cost around there, or I will have it with me for the Michigan meet in June if you're going.

I am considering it, depends on getting work off mostly. I'd like to use the Tech II for a few things. By the way Ryan I tried to get those plastic pieces off the parts car but everything else I've touched in this weather thats plastic cracked so I don't want to risk breaking them it being in the single digits temperature wise.

Pretty sure that's why mine cracked too, if it's still around in the spring I'll wait for that. Either way though the scanner is here anytime you need it, free of charge of course.

Update time!

I finally finished the wheels..

Without clear coat
Image

All four
Image

The tires that came on them were too small when I test fitted them so I ended up buying some Cooper Zeon RS3-A sport all-seasons. I'll make you guys wait to see them on the car til the end of the post.

Went on a road trip to the UP to snowboard. I love the look with the top carrier on
Image

I cleaned the car up inside and out last week. Did a 4 step buff polish wax and seal. Wish I had more pics of the outcome but dang does she shine
Image
Also cleaned up the engine bay
Image
Image

I also got around to putting the new bumper and fender on. I love not having a dented and cracked bumper and fender now. Also if you didn't notice the new bumper has fog lights now which I love :)
197,000 miles of lip scraping...
Image
Got bored and decided to have fun with the impact bar. Maybe I'll go bumperless this summer on the beach strip and catch some looks. I present to you, JAWS
Image

And finally the new fender bumper and rim setup. I am extremely happy with these wheels!

Favorite picture so far..

Soon will be exhaust mods and ECU tuning. Stay tuned...

Thanks guys. I'll try and get some pictures of the stance of the car. It sits wide and beefy with these tires.

So you found the fourth wheel? Car looks awesome.

FYI, my bottom lip looked like that and it only had 60k on it.

Yes it took some searching and shipping from the UK but I found one. Car actually ride smoother with these than the stock ones. Just more road noise... Guess I can deal with it in exchange for the appearance benefits I got

WARNING THIS POST CONTAINS A LOT OF PICTURES!!!! ENJOY!!!!
Spring is in the air. So I cleaned. I added a shift boot to replace the knicked up shifter trim and personally I just like boots better than a stick coming out of the center console. I also carbon fiber wrapped my delaminating trim.

I then took out the seats and shampoo'd my carpets and did a full interior detail

From there it was time to move on to the exterior. Two weeks ago I did a 4 step compound wax and sealer and then today I did the final swirl mark corrector and sealer and I have to say my car is a dang mirror. I also bolted on a GReddy RS muffler and added a garage door lip all around. Enjoy the car p0rn

And last but not least a video of the muffler sound and a quick walk around of the car as it sits right now.

Next up is 1" lowering springs and an ECU tune and she will finally be how I want her to be. :)

I have always loved the tail lights that Saab used for the SportCombi. Very unique.

So I got some new shoes. Couldn't pass up the deal. They are Enkei TBS-11's. The wheels are actually 15 years old, the guy I bought them from ran them on a Jetta in the summer only for 2 years and stored them in their boxes for 13 years. They are brand new condition, have all their center caps, no cracks or bends or corrosion. Perfect offset as well. I sort of like them better than the other rims. I'll upload some more pics of them up close and cleaned up, enjoy!
