Not a snowball's chance in hell we would be getting into Zug. They have that locked down like Fort Knox. I've worked there, and trust me, you are not missing much. The site itself is no treat, and to top it off, the Detroit waste water treatment plant has a *shoot* cooker across the street that makes the entire neighborhood smell like a Port-O-Potty bon fire. Not. Even. Wort. Driving. Past...
Mark me down for a most likely. I love seeing all the personal touches to each build. My work schedule is never consistent, but I will request it early (now) to try to seal it, but it's still just a request, not a guarantee to have off.

No doubt, right... Beer goggles always make anything look great!

Likelihood of being in is increasing by the day. I'll be in Vietnam in May and back by June 1st, so there won't be anything holding me back from coming to the meet

It'll likely be a June 12th-14th affair.

How many that are going to Michigan meet '15 would be interested in a tour of a detail shop? I know a guy that owns a shop in Troy which looks to be roughly 30 minutes from Matts house, he also works for 3D / HD which is the company that makes HD Speed and many other products I use. I could likely arrange a free tour and he would also probably have samples if there is some interest. I know there is already a lot going on but thought I would toss this out thereĀ

That looks interesting. I'm still looking into a backup for Sunday in case the track is not open.

Very friendly. I have hosted it for the last 6 or 7 years but moved so Matt is taking over, I am sure it will be much the same as when I hosted. Lots of drinking but also some people don't drink. I will have my two boys with me as well and they are 6 and 7 years old, I trust these guys around my kids so you will be fine

Fun for all ages!
But more seriously, everyone is welcome. The only thing I ask is that nobody starts any drama.

Well, I guess I'm not coming then. That was going to be my only goal this year!

Now that we're getting closer to the date, I'd like to get some idea on what time people would plan to arrive. I'd also like to know if anybody would benefit from an extended (early or late) arrival or departure. I'll need to get my vacation request finalized here soon.

If money allows me to attend this year I would plan to do the same as last year. Arrive Thursday evening and leave Sunday morning.

Well, I've always shown up at Ryan's the evening before the official gathering, so normally that would be Thursday evening. Matt, since you are about 2.5 hours closer than Ryan's old place (from my direction), I could also show up Friday morning if needed.
Also, depending on what Booze is doing this year, I might be convoying with him (assuming no break downs this year

).
EDIT: And, I guess I'd be heading out Monday morning. Morning departure just seems to be a better drive than nighttime.

Arrive Friday night late, head home Sunday afternoon. Let's hope Kyle doesn't steal my thunder again by showing up 30 seconds earlier
