I have michelin pilot sports. Can't really go any better than that from what I've seen in terms of usable tires with exception of dedicated drags and summer tires.

Track day +1 for me. There is also Milan if it works out as we will be close by at the intense meet.

I run the Pilot Sport A/S Plus. Unbelievable freaking traction on dry and wet. But not a winter tire. Of course, mine are balding, only about 4,000 miles left on them. Don't know if I'll have new ones by the time of the meet or not.

I have way too many things to do on my car before this meet rolls around.

I know that feeling Greg. Mine needing (and getting, to the despair of my bank account) all new brake lines is taking away play money...

Track day is tempting. I'd love to experience the strip. But if something breaks I am a loooong way from home lol

That's where I'm at right now.... I'd love to do a track day. Honestly though if just a drag strip I'm not too worried.

I will probably come out for at least a day. I'll have to see how my calendar looks when we get closer to the date. No Bonneville but it will be fun to shoot the *shoot* and see how everyones cars are doing. And probably make me depressed for selling mine

NASCAR circuit is in Brooklyn this weekend also. Would anyone be interested in hitting up the Sprint Cup race on Sunday? Or am I the only NASCAR fan here?

You're not alone, I may be interested in this. I've been to Richmond a few times, definitely a good time.

Milan has their schedule up and there is test and tune on Sunday but they have other things going on that day, which may limit our ability to get more than 3 runs in each.

That's how it was there last year. Matt and I were there for probably close to 5 hours and only got 2 runs in each...

It wasn't worth it.

It's best if test and tune is the only event that day.

sorry for the tardy reply, life's been quite busy lately and lots of hibernation from the frigid cold polar vortex weather.

Yes I'm interested in attending this year's meet again especially since last year's was amazing fun and good times! Might be only be able to attend for the Saturday and Sunday this time around but will finalize once the times a bit closer to the date.

Tracktime would be a bonus activity.

The little Kia that kinda can will be there. I may even be able to host Saturday/Sunday as a go between. Flint is about in the middle of the Intense meet/Ryan's house. I've got plenty of parking area and and empty barn that could keep half a dozen cars dry if it rains.

We can look at options as it gets closer.
