That has been brought up on this build IIRC. He has opted to stay 4T65E-HD.

That power steering cooler loop is different on mine. Is it supposed to be shaped around the trans mount? You might have to change that out, or bend it out of the way.harofreak00 wrote:How it sits...pre-cleaned

There are two different styles. One loops all the way around the trans, and the other only goes halfway... not sure why.sandrock wrote:That power steering cooler loop is different on mine. Getting it to bolt up seems like the easier part. The wiring and getting the trans to work with a 3800 pcm seems to be that part people get hung up on.

Bottom end is a stock L32 with 30k miles. Yes that is a phenolic intercooler.

Does the L32 come with forged rods and crank? That looks like a 3" pulley?

Very nice!!! Looks extremely clean. But you must post more pictures! Its like a tease just posting 1 of that engine!

The L32 has powdered metal rods, larger valves and better flowing heads. That's a 3.2" pulley, but I have a 3.0 also.
