There's room inside the fenders for a larger custom tank. Or two. One on each side. That's capacity, and the weight is over the axle.
The washer fluid bottle is located inside the fender on the passenger side. My ram air hose in inside the drivers side fender. That's why I'm thinking of using the washer bottle. I think I can wire it up to pump into the water injection bottle. :)

I replaced my 'arm switch' with a 20A switch. The as supplied 10A switch was interfering with the operation of the solenoid check valve. All is working just fine now.
The newer style pump is producing 150 psi now.

Over the winter, as time allows, I will work on increasing the fluid reservoir capacity. It may be a simple matter of routing the wiper fluid into the alky reservoir with a manual pump only on switch. That should triple the capacity.

This system should give me a 50 hp boost at the flip of a switch.....provided I already have the smaller SC pulley installed.

Hey, Paul, you maniac canuck, not calling you out or anything, but meth injection gives you 50hp?

I've played with it a few times myself over the years, and I'd have to say that's a bit of a stretch or maybe a claim on Snow Performance's site?

Notice Bill I said it was in conjunction with a smaller pulley. It allows me to go from 3.4" to 2.9" with increased timing. That makes all the difference.

The year I set my 13.4 sec PB I was running with a 3.1" pulley and the injection with timing.

Soooo.....now that I've got the Firebird running well again, it was about time to get back to the Bonne.

I only used the windshield washer once back in 2000 when I first bought the car.
I've hooked up a dedicated hose from the pump to the Alky injection reservoir. A separate switch inside the car will activate the pump to refill the reservoir.

The Alky reservoir holds 2 qts. The windshield washer reservoir holds a gallon so I've effectively tripled the capacity.

So I'm assuming you can't still use the washer for a washer, just in case?

How you gonna know when it's full?

I can quickly convert it back to windshield washing mode by simply plugging in the original line and wiring.

I haven't used it in 10 years! Not gonna start now.

I have remote level lights inside the car for both reservoirs.

When the small one's low level light comes on, I'll time how long it takes to almost fill it using the big ones pump.
Not quite automatic but it'll work for my purposes.

Gotcha, I figured. Since you never drive it in weather or when it's buggy, the washer isn't really a need for you.

I could NEVER smear bugs and make a mess like that. :bluetwitch:

Last summer I stopped every couple of hours and used my wet rag to clean the bug juice off the front windshield, LOL.

Not yet....I had to special order a dedicated pump electrical connector for the transfer wiring. That way it's a simple plug/unplug swap between washer or injection transfer. I didn't want to mess with the original wiring harness.

The lighted activation switch is right next to the Alky arm lighted switch/injection light/reservoir low level light. All mounted to my removeable SS mount between the Aeroforce gauge to the left of the steering wheel just under the cruise control stalk.

When the injection is functioning the after SC air temp drops from 160F to 100F.
60F drop in air temp is significant.

I'm hoping the connector arrives tomorrow. I'll let you all know how long it takes to fill 2 qts thru a 1/4" hose using the washer pump.

It works fantastic!!

Takes exactly 15 seconds to fill the 1/2 gallon reservoir.
So it pumps 2 gallons per minute thru the 7 foot long 1/4" ID tubing.
When the large reservoir is empty the pump tone changes dramatically so can be easily heard even though it has a low level warning.

When the small reservoir low level light comes on, there is still 1/4 tank. I'll simply cycle the washer transfer pump for a little less than 10 seconds to keep it full in the safe zone. Should give me three refills on top of the original fill.

Four times the capacity!! :bwoohoo:

Success! :beerchug:

Darn it!! Wet roads today and rain forecast for the next week.

Welcome to the Wet West Coast..... :banghead:

Good thing I have a new sound system and Sirius/XM radio in the Sunfire. The only good thing about it....besides the excellent fuel mileage...

....and I have the Jeep back on the road with a better sound system....it's got thump!
