Well, good work takes patience, and patience is a virtue, so CHILL! LOL, hope you get it back soon and it is all good.

He FINALLY got the car back!!! It looks great. The guy who did the work is one of the best around and is always backed up. He is well worth the wait although Jeff runs short on patience and I had to hear every day how he wanted his car back. I can't say that I blame him though. I'd be the same way.

bonnevillain wrote:screw hitting a deer id rather go in the ditch as long as theres no trees, etc. brake till the last second, then let off the brakes and steer away from it.

Well ditches are nice and all.... except when the ditch is abruptly ended by a driveway.....

thats how I totalled my 00 Lesabre custom. I had the car for about a month and a deer came out of the bushes on the left hand side and scared the crap out of me, I jerked the wheel a little to the right, missed the deer, and was halfway into the ditch when I hit the driveway.... (I spent 3500 on the car and insurance gave me 5 grand)

I hit a deer as well, i was going 45 and speeding up and then i saw him run across the road, so i slowed down until he passed then i sped up and for some reason he decided to turn back around and run across the road again...why? no clue, but i hope that #%#@*%@)%@#0#@$)D#$%* is dead in the forest :-# sorry
well all i had to do is get a new hood and that was pretty expensive plus to repaint it black because i didn't wanna drive ANYWHERE w/ a green hood with a black body, that's just a big no no with me..that's my story of the day
