And per the massive box of promotional materials I had to display this week...Valvoline also has some nice new oil related failure warranties, starting with a 150k mile warranty for the conventional, all the way to 300k for the SynPower. I'm sure there's a ton of fine print...but it sure seemed to get at least 5 more people interested in an oil change with valvoline today.

In my jeep... I go every 6000 miles.. But I always use a mobile1 or k&n oil filter and I always run mobile 1 or gtx (usally mobile1 5/30) full synthetic.

3,999 miles = 2.5 mos. I drive her...a lot. And I have a warranty that says it can't exceed 4,000.... Synth-blend for the Monte. Full Syn for the Bonnie.

Usually 10-12,000 km (about 6,200-7,500 miles). I use the oil life monitor. The oil is never very dark when it's drained (I also check colour and level at every gas fill-up). My car only sees Mobil 1 with a K&N filter. Even at these intervals I usually have 25-30% oil life remaining. It costs me about $85.00 for an oil change.

6500-9000 miles using whatever full-syn 5w-30 is handy. 5000 miles on dino oil.

I used to do a lot of highway driving, but that's going to be changing. So I might go to every 6 months regardless of mileage. I'll see how the situation changes.

I change it every 3 months, which is about 7k for me. I use a semi-synthetic.
