The sensing can be turned off, but the wife seems to like it.

I just checked our 2011. It has 235/60r16. I don't think 17" wheels were an option in 2011.

17" wheels have been an option on the Chrysler T&C vans since the 2008 body change and I believe that they're all 225/65/17's as OEM size.
