I had an 02SSEi but now I am back in a 99SSEi so to answer your question, yes :)

I just like the 92-99 Bonnie's a lot better than the last gen. On the other hand my wife liked the 02 Bonnie better than the 3 other Bonnies we have had - 94SE, 95SSE and the current 99SSEi. She is now driving a 02 Lesabre which she seems to like. She does not like that every Lesabre we see has a really old person driving it LOL

I keep telling her I would like to get her an 06-08 Lucerne CXL but that is another one that seems to be for the elderly.

I just went and looked at a pretty clean '97 40th anniversary model. It was just an SE, silver...actually kind of a boring one, and the one I had wanted to look at wasn't even on the lot. That one was also a '97, but an SSE with only 126K miles on it. I was looking just on a whim, because the other day I got my car title in the mail from the bank...so if I 'wanted' to, I could trade it up...and maybe that '97 SE wasn't the best example to get me excited about them, but as I peeked in the interior and walked around it, then looked back at my '05 SE....I dunno...it made me appreciate my '05. But hey, if anyone's got a cool '97 - '99 to trade for my '05, ya never know!

I drove LeSabres... So did my brother, we're 20 and 31. :P

My brother now has a Lucerne, and to be honest they're great cars. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one myself. But I can see wanting to go back to a 92-99... Something about them is just different somehow.
