Sounds like a good plan. Nice to hear another Bonnie is staying on the road.

Found some time to get started on this one. Engine swap went amazingly fast, 2 hours out and 2 hours in. HOWEVER, when I went to start it I ran into some security issues, and ended up spending more time diagnosing the problem than it took me to swap the engine. Somehow the VTD module went bad during the time it took me to swap the engine. Once I got a hold of the Tech2, the problem was fixed rather quickly.

More bad news though... no 4th gear. No worries though, I'm gonna fix this one myself instead of paying the $400 in labor to have the 4th clutch hub replaced. I might make a good tutorial on it too.

LOL, call me out on it. No, it looks good. That back door looked a lot worse at first. Glad to see another one is gonna be back on the road.

The door is pretty bad still, on the lookout for a cheap one.
