Ran my PB with a 14.71 with the '01 SSEi. Having just put the 3.4 pulley on about 4 hours prior the car seemed to still be learning it. I spiked at 7.7* of KR my first run. I drove around for a little bit and my second run KR came down and spiked around 5.4 on the shift. After that it barley hit 2, but saw 3.5 on a shift occasionally.

Weather forcast was saying soemthing like 30-40% chance of rain on wednesday since last week. Wednesday morning it changed to 60% chance of thunderstorms. Then around noon or so suddenly it changed to 10% chance of rain and partly cloudy. So we headed out for the track. Had a really great time!

Here's a few pictures from the track day.

Finally got myself some breathing time to upload pictures. I wish I would have taken more pictures, but I kept forgetting most of the time, and didn't really have any time on Sunday, lol!!

I figured since I didn't take many pictures Saturday, and the ones I did take are of the cars lined up, I thought I'd post the few that I took on Sunday:

Ryan preparing the practice hood:

Bang wanting to help out:

So much open space, which I liked:

The weekend cooler:

And these next few are of my SSEi after all the man hours Ryan, Tom, and myself put into it:

It did not look like that before we started:

Look at that shine and those reflections:

Well, that's all I have. I had a lot of fun over the weekend, and I have to give my thanks to Ryan and Steph for being the greatest hosts. They put so much time and effort into planning this event, and it was well worth it!! It's a shame that I couldn't have stayed for the whole week, because, I tell ya, by Sunday night, I didn't want to go. Ryan and Stephanie made it feel kinda like home, with all the hospitality and good food.

It was also great to meet other members from the board, and hang out with the ones that stayed over. We had some great times and great conversations - I wish I could have gotten some video of the bonfire Saturday night, there were definitely some interesting conversations going on around that fire, lol!! It was fun hanging out over the weekend with Travis, Peter, PeterG, Gill and Nicole, the Booze Brothers, Tom, and of course, Ryan and Stephanie. Thanks again guys, I can't wait until next year!!!!

Oh, I also want to give extra thanks to Ryan and Tom for guiding and giving me the knowledge needed to give my car a good buff! Guys, the car still looks amazing, and I couldn't have done it without you two!! Now, I have that addiction to shine, and now I need to get myself some supplies to keep my car looking that way!!

Again, thanks, everyone, it was a great first meet for me!! :beerchug:
