Yeah, I'm officially out... Sorry guys

I'd really like to attend, but I've been out of work for several months and cant really afford it atm.

It just so happens that I have a four day weekend that week, so toss me on the maybe list. It'll all be dependent on the finances and weather. If the weathers good the whole time it'll be cheaper, because I'll ride my motorcycle, if it's gonna be crappy it'll cost more because I'll have to bust out the turbo diesel lol

Also, gonna have to see if I can dig up an old friend/member her and see if she's gonna go too

Yeah, well no net and time and beyond up my ass busy at work, everythings slowing back down to the point now where I just may be able to get back to the good things of life. I talk to Melissa off and on offline, so I know how to find her

Figured you did, so maybe you can rattle her cage to get her to attend, and maybe show up here, too. Even though, like you, she no longer owns a Bonneville. We won't give you guys too hard of time.

I have a friend going that is bringing a CTS, and last year we had a truck as well.

Well if I bring the truck and you don't like it, I'll just smoke you.........Literally lol

Ryan, what are the plans/where will you guys be for the 17/18 weekend. I'll probably come up then. Hell, if time and cash are on my side, I might even show up Friday night.

To be honest with you, I think most people will be heading out on that Friday, the 17th or Saturday the 18th. I have also been informed last night at work that I will end up working that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night I do however have the 10th - 16th off 100% and don't have to go to work until 7 pm on the 17th.

If you are still interested in stopping out earlier in the week or the weekend of the 11th, there are about a dozen hotels within 20 minutes from me. Let me know and I will get you numbers for them.

isnt that your normal weekend to work anyways? or did u have it off on vacation?

It is my normal weekend to work on the shift I am currently on, but I have a bump slip in to go to 2nd shift on the 20th which would give me that weekend off. I am hoping it gets approved, but not counting on it, so I am planning on working that weekend

As far as a dish to pass, if anyone wants to bring something, post it up and bring it I think that 01bonne already called the burgers again this year, so pretty much anything else is up for grabs. I was actually just going to post that as well

I call plastic plates and cups. Phew.....that's gonna be tough since my husband works at a plastics factory but I'll try

What do we have so far as a list of things people are bringing. I know the burgers, and hot dogs, and the plastic. Are there buns? Chips? Condiments? Do we know how many will be there Saturday? I think it was listed that it's at a covered pavilion? Sounds like that may be good because at least here, the forecast is for possible storms on Saturday. But, it is Michigan...that could change.
