I haven't wanted a 00-05 Bonneville this much since I first laid eyes on a GXP. Your car is slowly regressing in age. Great job. Really.

Little bit of an update to give. Been trying to get the car ready for winter and was fighting a no heat issue. Ended up being a clogged heater core. Also got my headers sealed up and transmission dipstick tube installed. Last weekended I got my door seals replaced to stop the water leaks and rolled over 200k.

Been fighting a vibration issue for quite awhile now. Ordered a new driver side lower control arm and got a chance to install it today. Definitely needed replaced lol. We'll see how it rides later.

It really is nice to see people put the time, money and effort into keeping a car on the road. Great job!

Thanks everyone. Even though its starting to rack the miles up it still runs good. I also have a realistic expectation of the vehicle especially with 200k and understand things are going to need replaced. Cheaper to maintain this one at the moment than to have a payment or start over with another car so I plan on keeping it around for awhile.

Little update to give. Spent friday night replacing my rear trailing arms. Pretty much took care of my vibration issues I was having. Also rolled over 215k. Going to detail the car here soon in anticipation for summer. Pics to follow.

Thanks!

Been kind of slow progress recently but here is a update! Installed my GXP parts I got off craigslist for $70 today. Feeling all kinds of fancy now. Still have to get my pedals installed. Any tips on the brake pedal? Had a little trouble today with it so decided to come back to it later.

Spent the day detailing the ol' girl. Still cleans up nice for being 16 years old. Ready for the summer now.
