Mon. July 19 - Early arrivals

Tues. July 20 - Afternoon cleaning, Mods & arrivals at KOA. Flags and T-Shirts. Automotive Discussion and beverages.

Wed. July 21 - Cruise to the Coast. "Rogue Beer run" followed by Moes for Clam Chowder luncheon feast. Road testing and final tweek mods. ...........Dinner at China Gardens. Back to KOA for campfire discussions and Rogue quenching.

Thursday July 22 - KOA Show n' Shine. - THE DINNER at Manchurian Grill - Full Throttle Ramp Run video shoot, KOA Testing and tuning .. ... . Garage discussions.

Friday July 23 - Egg McMuffin morning, and final Mod morning.... wash off the grease, then Ready for Test and Tune at Woodburn Drag Track - Quiznos for lunch at noon. Convoy Leaves KOA at 1:30pm sharp. Drag races - 3:pm - 7:pm. ....dinner at McDonald's @ 7:00pm.........back to KOA by 8:30pm and lights out by 10:pm for the big day Saturday.

Saturday July 24 - Woodburn General Motors Showdown & Drags Woodburn WCBF10 convoy leaves KOA at 6:00 a.m. sharp.
8:am - 6:pm followed by our traditional Flagged Bonneville/GP group photo shoot at Woodburn Dragstrip, and 10 Pizza's to go for dinner . ...back to KOA by 7:00 pm for WCBF08 awards and party till the engine blocks are cold.

Sunday July 25 - Group discussions and picture/video swap.

Monday July 26 - All are gone cruising home to post pics of the best time they ever had with memories to last a lifetime.

I'll be putting in my reservation for WCBF10 at the Motel6 very shortly. Count me and my daughter Anjelica in for Thursday through Sunday in the black 99 Regal GS!

I counted Mattski as bringing the SSEi not the G8 so that could change.
Beast, Petraman, Spoiledred and Gonzo haven't confirmed yet.

Oh ya and Ray's Regal. and CaddyMatt's F250.

.....and don't forget Tracy, Gordy and John flying in....not sure if they're renting.

I picked up the Official WCBF10 Meet Flags today.

Got a shock when I paid for them but hey, I committed to not accepting any money for them again for the 7th year running and I'm true to my word!





I think I'll plan on giving them out a little differently this year. Last year, I couldn't attend the Meet so I gave them to John Hubbard and he distributed them.

I have said that only people who bring Bonne's to the Meet will get one.
I also said that only people who buy an official T-Shirt from Taylor will get one.

In fairness to those who have never received one or have travelled from back East for this Meet, and in light of the huge cost of these flags, I am changing the rules on who gets one.


......but come on people, at least buy a T-shirt. They are sooooo inexpensive it isn't funny!

We just picked up a Job shooting a whole Casino here in CA. It will be 2 weeks of straight shooting and we are working out the details right now I am trying to work it around WCBF. I wanna try to at least be in Oregon for a few days(Wed- Sunday) cause I miss you guys.. The Black bonneville is in no shape to make it out there it hasn't been started in like 3 months sitting on the side of the house. We will be taking the BMW once again. It is going to come down to the last minute for the details of when we will be there.

I think with the flags. All the Bonnes attending will fly one, up to 12 that is, and other cars can use previous years as long as they remember to bring them. Only those who have never received one before will get to take one home.

I'm in Toronto Ontario right now and will check in as often as I'm able over the next few weeks........

Gotta make a correction: I don't have my SSEi anymore, so I'll be driving my '97 Z28.

It looks like my every other yr streak is about to be blown. Some things have come up that I cannot miss (like going to SC to my son's graduation from Marine Boot Camp) and I simply don't have the vaca days and the funds to do everything.

I'm still watching the airfare hoping some really awesome sale hits. I would feel guilty coming out by myself because my 14yr is only here for the summer... but $1000 on airfare alone for the two of us is a hard pill to swallow on a single mom's income. So... I don't want to say it yet... but it's not lookn good for me...

Wife is still unemployed, so that might be a deal breaker for me... :sad5: I'll know more as it gets closer.

Well, I have bad news as well. For the second year in a row, I will not be attending. I could only get 5 days off work, its a day there and a day back. Passport has not shown up yet, and it isnt looking good. Wish I could go guys, but, its not happening.

Definitely a disappointment. Leave the province for a few weeks and see what happens!!
