L36 is NA Series 2, L26 is NA Series 3
L67 is SC Series 1 and 2, L32 is SC Series 3.

Well here we are again.
Um... Help? lol
The video shows what's going on. She worked fine this morning. I tried swapping relays, same results. Battery is good and has plenty of charge. When I hook up my HPT to see what's up it claims that the VCM cannot be found.
I greatly appreciate all your help. She's currently spending the night at school. Hopefully I get this sorted out quick. I believe the PCM has committed suicide.

It is the parking lamp relay which is making all that racket. You can put your finger on it and you can feel it going nuts.

That definately sounds different than when you have a relay clicking from a dead battery.

Do these have an under-hood wiring junction box? My laptop doesn't want to open the link...
The junction box on our '02 Yukon was exposed to the elements at the bottom. Every single connection, relays, fuses, etc... All corroded, and two were so bad they fell off the clips for the headlamp relay, so no headlamps. Just a thought.

He is missing a splash shield... There is a fuse block under the hood.
