GAS GAUGE

any one know what causes the gas gauge to go from empty to full to 1/4 to 1/2 to 3/4,while driving??

bad sender unit I get that with mine when its under 1/4 of a tank

It is an easy fix. I did mine and followed Hans. Here is the tutorial he did on the fix:
