Compatibility of interiors

Post by timothy_nd28 »

I don't expect much of a answer on this one, but thought I would ask anyways. Anyone out there know if this seat combination from a 2000 ssei will fit into a 94 ssei? My driver seat has seen better days, and for this price of this package, you can't beat it!

No, they bolt up in completely different ways. Plus, you would have 2 seat belts per seat then.

Seems like it would be easy enough to remove one set of belts. And as far as mounting goes, I'm guessing you would have to drill a few new holes in the floor.

Not sure he'd be happy with the 2k seats in any case. They're alot less supportive and comfortable than the 92-99 seats. Many 2k owners will be the first to tell you that as well.

True. I would trade my 00 seats for the 94 seats in a heart beat......just not the Grizz's because they are worn too bad.

The rear section of the 2k seats actually bolt to the side of the pillar, not the bottom. Ya, you could make it work, but it wouldn't be worth it, considering how much better the 92-99 seats are.
