Bonny SSE to Olds Bodykit
I am wondering if a 87-91 Bonneville SSE front bumper cover, rear bumper cover, and side skirts would fit a 89 Olds Eighty Eight?

Re: Bonny SSE to Olds Bodykit
The bumpers will be direct bolt-ons. However, the issue is whether the Olds sheetmetal will look right with the bumpers. On my LeSabre to Bonneville conversion (in progress) the rear bumper has a "shelf" of the LeSabre sheetmetal that overhangs and makes it look obviously out of place. You can always try it and see what happens though.
The side skirts will probably fit also, but bear in mind that there may be some mounting studs that the Old's wont have. Rigging something shouldn't be hard to do though.
Basically, all H bodies are the same chassis, its just the trim bits, bolt-on panels, and rear quarters that really distinguish one make from another.
Edit: For the bumpers you will have to have the "shock" absorbers too as they are unique to each model.

Great! I'll make sure I pick up the absorbers as well.

Come to think of it, the rears may be the same but its the fronts that are probably different. I know they are between a LeSabre and a Bonneville due to the angle of the Bonneville bumper being more exaggerated. I think the Olds absorbers are fairly perpendicular to the shaft of the absorber too (like the LeSabre) so you still need them for the Bonneville.
Check out my thread about converting my LeSabre to a Bonneville and you'll see what I mean

I used to have a 90 Olds 88 and an 86 Olds 88 and an '85 Olds 98 so If you have problems getting something apart let me know
