Alrite, I'm going to try the above ^^ tommorrow. I'm also re-installing the interior after thoroughly cleaning everything, soldering some broken wires and removing about a gallon of black dirty water from the carpets.

Is there a way to test MAF?

MAP?

TPS is tested... it's fine.

O2?

Going to pull some plugs too to see if they have a story for me.

What resistance should the spark plug wires be for numbers 1-6 to test for a bad plug wire?

Trying to troubleshoot the hesitation. A/C is next, doesn't work, a/c comp doesn't kick on, and the request never kicks on according to the scanner. All sensors are plugged in and all sensors are showing normal pressure levels.

Continuing this thread...

Added a FWI last night and it brought back the once in a while hesitation, but it really amplified it. I think this is all pointing a light at the fuel delivery system and its inability to do it's job adequately. I'm going to clean the MAF tonite to see if maybe oil got on it.

I just really don't want to drop money into a $150 fuel pump for this vehicle if that's not the problem.

I just popped my hood after having some real bad problems even creeping into boost and my exhaust manifolds were glowing red (it was night time). If I let the car sit for a few minutes and try it again, it runs fine. I thought a dead catalytic converter just slowed stuff down and didn't make it hesitate, but could it? That would make perfect sense to me.

Yup. I had the glowing manifolds and poor top end when my cat was plugged. In fact, it was so plugged it blew out a hole in the side of the cat.

This is poor no matter what as long as its boosting. And hesitating.
