Cabin Filters

Post by Villainville »

I'm looking for a cabin filter with the bracket (preferrably FRAM CF8804) for my 2003 Bonneville. I found this filter on this website.. anyone ever order from here before? This seems to be a real good price.

with the plastic housing. that's a great price.
someone posted this link a little while back. don't remember if anyone purchased them though.

edit: so I looked at other years after 2000 and found this

makes me wonder if the first one you posted just for the housing or just a filter.or both.
since the one I posted cost more and its just a filter.

Doesn't have the bracket. I'm pretty sure that is a dealer only part. I had my local dealer order one and I think it was around 30 bucks. It came with the frame and a junk filter, so I put a nice one in right away.

Either youre not looking at it correctly, or its not installed correctly. it MUST have the bracket to fit and work properly. Its more of a frame that clips into the pocket.
