my car wont go above 80 or 90 and it dosent feel like it wil go in to 4 gear is that my transmission

That is wierd because i can go 90 in second gear in my car. granted its at 5500 RPM and is a 4T60. your going to have to give more info as to what conditions your putting the car under when trying to go faster.

yeah your car should get to the stock limiter in 3rd gear... 4th is overdrive and will not engange unless you are at low throttle.
