Remove cover over supercharger

Post by santacarl »

Hey All,

O1 SSei. Need to replace the MAF sensor. When removing the cover over the engine how do you remove the oil neck so you can lift off the cover? I tried pulling up and tried twisting. Is there a 'catch' or something that I need to release to get that neck out?

Thankx

UPDATE: Channel locks answered the question!

Keep twisting the oil cap open and it will twist the neck so you can remove them as a single piece.
