2001 Bonneville continuous P0336 code

I replaced the CKP not even a year ago. Everything was fine until a month ago. Code came back. Parts store was nice enough to trade the old CPK for a new one and I paid a little more for the better brand.
I did the relearn with a Snap On tool.

Now it back to cutting off or hard starting with the P0336 all over again.
I thought for some reason the CPK wirifmng went to the Ignition Control Module then back out to who knows where.
So while inspecting the wiring I found nothing wrong.

I had a good Ignition Control Module and Coils stashed away.
I swapped them out. No change.
Any ideas where to go from here?
