Weird rainy day body wobble reveal after many years

Hi hope everyone getting through things well. This was a weird one I posted here a long time ago, where the car would wobble like it was missing a cylinder only when it was raining. I was chasing an electrical/ vac /fuel delivery issue but gave up because it was so infrequent and didn't always happen even when it rained. A few days ago I was spraying my windshield and accidently put the wipers on super fast setting and there was the wobble back on a perfectly sunny day. Kinda explains it I rarely ever use the high on the wipers. Now the question is are the wipers tied to a body control module or is this a weird current draw issue? Thanks for any suggestions.
