Enjoying this 1994 Bonneville SSE

My father passed away unexpectedly in March of this year, leaving behind his 1994 Bonneville SSE. To say he cherished it and took care of it would be an understatement. My mother asked me to "do something with it".... not being much of a fan of the car, I took it home for a few days.

That was a couple of weeks ago.

Overall, the ride and performance are more enjoyable than I expected. 145k on the original engine and power train; all kept in top condition. She runs like a clock. The body style and color - white, was never one to my liking, but I'm starting to see things differently. This may be a keeper!

Everything works on the car, right down to the original floor mats. That was how my Dad rolled. I know he's smiling as I'm cruising around in his ride. The car just feels like it has a lot life left in her.

Really sorry about your dad passing. If anyone mentions closure, they do not know what they are talking about unless it's at the Title Company when you buy your house. Time only makes it easier to deal with the loss, but never closes. - BC
